Onion Mint parantha


Ingredients

1 cup wheat flour
1 cup besan
2 onions
1 green chilly 
1/2 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1tsp jeera(cumin seeds)
1/2tsp haldi(turmeric)
1/2tsp red chilli powder
1/2tsp coriander n jeera Powder
Salt as per your taste
1/4 cup oil
Water

Reciepe


Mix all the ingredients n form a dough with very less water.
Make balls from the dough.
Flatten it with the rolling pin.
Place a pan on gas stove.
Cook on both the sides with ghee.

Serving

U can serve with curd, tea, pickles, etc...
Tastes best with your favourite serving.
